Your fundraiser.
Two ways to make it happen.

Launch a dedicated online store or find the right products for an event, school stall or community campaign.

01 / LET’S BUILD YOUR STORE

A free fundraising store.
A shared goal to get behind.

The team at Brandconnect can set up an online store showcasing your branded merch. Supporters choose their items and pay online before anything is produced.

  • Show your designs with virtual product mock-ups
  • Collect orders before committing to a production run
  • Produce when the agreed target or minimum quantity is met
  • Give supporters one link to order and share

Store setup is free. Merchandise and other campaign costs are agreed separately.

02 / START WITH AN IDEA

Have a cause.
Need some merch inspiration?

You don’t need an online store to get started. Tell the team at Brandconnect who you’re fundraising for, your budget and what you have in mind.

From school anniversary tees and club caps to charity totes and event drink bottles, we’ll help you explore products, decoration and quantities that suit your audience.

From first idea to funds raised

Collect orders first.
Make the merch when you’re ready.

01 — PLAN

Choose your merch
and your goal

Work with the team on products, designs and selling prices. Agree the minimum order quantity (MOQ), campaign target and timing.

02 — LAUNCH

Share your
fundraising store

We set up your store with virtual merch designs. Share the link with families, members, supporters and your wider community.

03 — COLLECT

Supporters order
and pay online

Collect paid pre-orders during your campaign. Supporters know they’re ordering merch that will be made after the agreed production trigger.

04 — PRODUCE

Reach your target.
Bring it to life.

Once the agreed target or MOQ is met, the merch goes into production. Delivery and fundraising proceeds follow the arrangements agreed for your campaign.

Before launch, we’ll agree product minimums, costs, delivery, how proceeds are paid and what happens if your target isn’t reached.

A little planning goes a long way

What could your
merch raise?

Explore a simple example. Your fundraising contribution depends on your selling price, agreed costs and the number of items sold.

Let’s work through your numbers ↗
Illustrative example
Selling price$30
Cost per item$20
Items sold100
Potential contribution$1,000

Illustrative only, not a quote or guaranteed return. (Selling price − cost per item) × items sold, before any additional campaign costs. Use prices and costs on the same GST basis. Confirm decoration, freight, payment fees and any applicable tax treatment when planning your campaign.

A few things worth knowing

Good questions.
Clear next steps.

Not sure which approach suits your fundraiser? The team at Brandconnect can help you work it out.

Is the fundraising store really free?

Yes, the team at Brandconnect can set up your fundraising store for free. Merchandise, decoration, delivery and any other campaign costs are discussed and agreed separately before launch.

What is virtual merchandise?

It’s a digital mock-up showing how your design will look on a product. Supporters place and pay for pre-orders through the store, with production starting once the agreed target or minimum quantity is met.

What happens if we don’t reach the target?

We’ll agree and clearly communicate the arrangements before your campaign goes live, including how paid orders will be handled if the production threshold isn’t reached.

How much money can we raise?

It depends on your selling prices, total campaign costs and sales. The team will help you assess product options and costs so you can set a realistic goal. The example above is an illustration, not a quote.

When will supporters receive their merch?

Timing depends on your campaign dates, production trigger, products and decoration. Production and delivery estimates, along with the delivery or collection method, will be agreed before launch and explained to supporters.

Can you help if we don’t need a store?

Absolutely. The team at Brandconnect can help with product ideas and branded merchandise for events, school stalls, club activities and other fundraising plans.
