How Our Fast-Turnaround Service Works
Fast turnaround means more than choosing a product that is available locally. The required stock must be available in the correct quantity and colour, the decoration method must suit the deadline, and enough time must be allowed for artwork approval, production and delivery.
Simple decoration methods on locally stocked products usually provide the quickest option. Multiple print colours, embroidery, individual personalisation and complex artwork may require additional production time.
All production times begin after final artwork approval and, for prepaid accounts, receipt of payment, not from the date you request a quote or submit an enquiry.
Delivery location also matters. An order being delivered close to the decorator may arrive sooner than an order requiring interstate or regional freight. Let us know the required delivery destination and deadline at the beginning so we can allow for both production and transport.
Before confirming an order, Brandconnect checks product availability, branding requirements, production capacity and expected freight time. We will only recommend Express products that we reasonably expect can meet your deadline. Once these details have been verified, we will confirm the expected production and delivery timing.
