How is payment made?

We invoice you after an order has been placed directly to your accounts payable team. The payment for the items is made by cost centre transfer to SJOG Healthcare Marketing and the freight is paid by you.

Can I order merchandise with Divisional branding?

Yes of Course! It is possible to order custom made items, branded with your Divisional logo. Please contact us with your request at sales@brandconnect.com.au or call 1300 567 565.

What is the price basis?

Prices shown are exlusive of GST. Delivery costs are confirmed after an order is placed when we know what the order weight is and where the items are going too.

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 2 -3 working days after the order confirmation has been received from our warehouse by the most economical and reliable courier. You will receive notification once an item has been shipped.

I need my order urgently. Is there an express shipping option?

Yes we can ship your order express and can let you know the approximate cost before shipping.
