Choosing More Sustainable Promotional Products

Understanding Materials and Certifications

Product descriptions should explain what makes an item a more sustainable option. This may include recycled aluminium, recycled plastic, recycled paper, organic cotton or responsibly sourced materials. Certifications such as GRS, FSC and recognised organic textile standards can provide additional assurance, but they apply only where specifically stated. Not every product carries formal certification.
